Common questions

I have zero credits. Can I create a key?

Yes. Creating and revoking keys is free. Buy a package before creating a new invoice or standalone PaymentIntent.

My API request timed out. Should I try again?

Retry with the same Idempotency-Key and exactly the same request body. Do not generate a new key just because the response was lost. A 409 response means the request conflicts with existing state; inspect it before retrying.

The API returns an error.

400: check the body and headers. 401: check your key, expiry and revocation status. 402 on invoice creation: check your credits. 403: check permissions and the configured recipient. 429: respect Retry-After; a creation quota may require waiting until the next hour or UTC day. At the active-key limit, revoke an unused key; at the purchase limit, complete a pending checkout or wait for its expiry. 503: retry later with backoff and the same idempotency key for creation.

My payment link expired.

Use Renew link in the invoice history. Choose 1 hour, 1 day or 5 days. Renewal costs 1, 2 or 3 credits respectively and starts a new payment period with the same invoice number. If a payment is still being verified, wait for its outcome before starting another payment.

The wallet cannot switch networks.

Use a wallet that supports the chosen checkout network, or choose another network offered by that invoice. Reconnect if you changed wallet accounts. Do not transfer funds manually to bypass a failed checkout.

I paid for credits but the balance has not changed.

Return to the workspace and refresh. Check the purchase checkout for its status. Credits are granted after independent confirmation; do not buy again solely because confirmation is taking time.

I lost my API secret.

It cannot be displayed again. Revoke the old key and create a replacement. If key creation timed out, inspect the key list first and revoke the unused key.
