Find and resolve payment problems

Workspace health highlights low credits, delayed verification, failed webhook attempts and paused automations. Actions open the relevant controls. Delayed verification never means the buyer should pay again.

Invoice history → Timeline shows up to 100 recent lifecycle and delivery transitions, with timestamps and safe HTTP diagnostics. Older invoices can show only a snapshot. Timeline records follow invoice retention; archived receipts remain financial records.

Return customers to your site

API → Checkout return destinations allows up to 10 exact HTTPS origins on port 443. Set only sites you control; wildcards and embedded credentials are rejected. New invoice successUrl and cancelUrl must match an allowed origin. They are immutable billing terms. Removing an origin affects future invoices, not already-issued links.

Checkout offers Return to merchant after confirmation and Back to merchant before payment or after expiry/cancellation. Clicking back does not cancel the invoice. No automatic redirect or payment proof is added to the URL. Always verify payment through your backend.
