Understand the invoice funnel

Reports includes free counts of invoices created, viewed, started and confirmed, grouped by creation date in UTC over the last 30 days. Confirmations come from verified server records. Browser signals are deduplicated per invoice and stage; they count invoices, not people, and may be missing or manipulated. There are no analytics cookies, fingerprints or buyer profiles.

Advanced Analytics costs 1,000 credits for 30 days, with no automatic renewal. Growth and Pro also include the entitlement. It adds network breakdowns, average creation-to-confirmation time, browser failure signals and a daily CSV export. Data begins when collection is deployed; it is not backfilled. Daily aggregates are retained for up to 90 days; the interface shows 30 days. Expiry counts are payment-window events, so renewals can add more than one for an invoice.

Reuse the same purchase key after a timeout to avoid a second charge. At most one year can be prepaid. Statistics are for operations; they do not replace payment receipts or authorize fulfillment.
